What types of event equipment and items do you have available for rent?
Vibe Crafters offers a wide range of rental items including furniture, decor, tents, lighting, audio-visual equipment, and catering supplies. We can accommodate a variety of themes and preferences to ensure your event space looks spectacular.
How do I reserve rental items for my event?
To reserve equipment or furniture for your event, please click here to view our rentals. You can simply add the items to your cart, checkout and we’ll take it from there! For step by step instructions please check our video out here.

Do you deliver and set up the rental items?
Yes, we offer delivery, setup, and teardown services for all our rental items. Charges for these services vary based on the location of your event, the volume of rented items, and the complexity of your setup
Can I view the rental items before booking?
Absolutely! We encourage clients to visit our showroom to view our rental items in person. This allows you to select the perfect pieces for your event. If a visit isn’t possible, we can provide photographs and detailed descriptions via email.
Do you offer customized event packages?
Yes! We pride ourselves on our flexibility and ability to create personalized event experiences. During our consultation process, we discuss your vision, preferences, and budget to craft a custom package that meets all your event needs. Where can I pick up my rental items?
All rental items can be picked up at our main warehouse located at 1460 The Queensway Unit #88, Etobicoke, ON, M8Z 1S4. Please ensure you have a suitable vehicle for transportation of the items you are renting.
Do I need to pay extra to keep my rental for three days?
No, the listed price includes rental for up to three days.
Can I return my rental earlier than three days?
Yes, you can return your rentals at any point in time within the three day rental period.
